Logistics qucikly adapted its SCADA to deploy a custom solution to address the Ganrty Loading System at Emami, Haldia.

The system involved integrating with a Honeywell PLC, Avery Weighing System and SAP interface, including generation of  custom reports. The time line from the customer defining the requirement and our engineers deploying the solution was extrmely critical, with the system already running online. The solution deployed has automated the entire process from the DO entry into SAP system to the final exit of the loaded tanker leaving the exit gate pass, there by saving precious time and increasing through put. This was delivered in 4 weeks and we now have a satisfied customer who is already talking about integrating the incoming raw material management system into the same solution.
